Eat Banza Gluten-Free Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 box Eat Banza Chickpea Pasta
  • 2 honeynut squashes, sliced
  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drizzle veggies with oil, spices, ginger, and honey.
  3. Roast for 35 minutes until fork tender
  4. Cook Eat Banza Chickpea Pasta to direction
  5. Toss with olive and salt
  6. Serve veggies over pasta
