- 1 bag KitchFix Grain-Free Paleo Granola, Original
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- FILLING
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked over night
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbs maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbs pumpkin pie spice
- Handful of chopped walnuts
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
CRUST
- Pour all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Blend and press into mini lined muffin tins (be careful not to overfill)
FILLING
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Pour mixture into a squeeze bottle and squirt over crust
- Top with chopped walnuts
- Freeze for 3+ hours, store in freezer.
