Gluten-Free Italian Style Turkey Burgers

  1. Blend crackers into a fine mixture
  2. Set aside into a bowl
  3. In food processor mix eggs, chickpeas, olive oil, all seasoning and cracker mixture
  4. Process until well combined
  5. Add in turkey and process on low, until well mixed together. Do not over process or turkey mixture will become to smooth
  6. Turn oven on to broil
  7. Form turkey mixture into patty shapes
  8. Heat a oiled cast iron skillet and cook burgers for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat
  9. Remove burgers from heat and place in the oven
  10. Place skillet on middle rack and broil on high for 7 minutes
