Reshi Blood Orange Chia Pudding

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend nut milk, blood orange juice, vanilla and Kakato on medium until well blended
  2. Add cocoa nibs, dried coconut, reishi powder, chia and salt and blend on low until well combined with no lumps
  3. Pour into individual jars and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, I like to allow mine to chill overnight
  4. Top with blood orange segments, slivered almonds, shredded coconut and cacao nibs
