Ingredients
Rose Tea
- 10 cups of water
- 2 cups organic dried rose petals
Latte
- ½ cup rose tea
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs Carrington Farms coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins
Instructions
To Make Rose Tea
- Bring water to a boil
- Add rose petals and turn heat down to very low
- Simmer covered for 1 hour
- Strain petals from tea using a tea strainer
To Make Latte
- In a large pot heat almond milk, coconut oil and maple syrup over low heat until warm and well combined
- In a Vitamix, add rose tea, Vital Proteins and vanilla powder
- Transfer liquid from pot and blend on low until well combined
- Enjoy
Notes
- You’ll have extra rose tea left over to enjoy. Place in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
