Sharing a little treat for your healthy holidays — Sunbutter Gluten-Free Cookies!

Social gatherings during the holiday season tend to be inundated with processed sugar and an overindulgent, mindless mentality. These SunButter Gluten-Free Cookies are the perfect treat when you want something sweet but prefer to skip the junk food hangover.

Many of my health coaching clients come to me with various food allergies, and I often recommend SunButter as my go-to nut butter alternative because it is completely free of some of the most common allergens (gluten, soy, dairy, and peanuts). I also like to bake with it because it has creamier texture than other nut butters.

These SunButter Gluten-Free Cookies are so simple to make, and are nothing short of mouth watering. Like all good cookie recipes, I would highly recommend combining them with those you love and a cool glass of almond milk. You might even enjoy them with my Golden Milk Turmeric Latte.
