  1. A comprehensive assessment. Our work begins with an in-depth assessment of your health history, symptoms, understanding of your dietary and lifestyle habits, and functional nutrition diagnostic testing. I utilize the most comprehensive and advanced stool testing available and a unique combination of nutritional tests, which provides an analysis of key nutritional biomarkers. This lab assesses the functional need for antioxidants, B-vitamins, minerals, digestive support, fatty acids, and amino acids.   2. A personalized healing protocol. Once we’ve uncovered the root of your health issues, I develop a plan for you with a focus on sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. Your plan will include a combination of recipes and meal composition support, mind-body stress management techniques, and supplements. Included in each six-month package is a tailored recorded breathwork program specifically designed to reset your nervous system, as well as a quarterly private cooking session where I will show you step-by-step how to bring to life the dietary concepts discussed during your nutrition counseling sessions. 
  3. Expert support. All six-month programs come with bi-weekly 50-minute coaching sessions and 24/7 access to Practice Better, my secure private online portal which allows you to track/review your progress, manage appointments, and message me securely between sessions. All sessions are currently conducted virtually via telehealth.
